'CalmHerbTrail was born out of a vision to share true Neapolitan pizza with Via Roma. The Bianchi household established our pizza place in 1985 as a quaint, family-owned business, nurturing heirloom recipes passed through the ages.
Marco Bianchi, our trailblazing founder, acquired the skills of pizza craft during her sojourns across Italy, learning from renowned pizza artisans in Naples—the cradle of pizza. After her journey back to the UK, she set forth to replicate the essence of original Italian pizza, adopting classic techniques and only the purest ingredients.
Our humble 12-seat pizza shop has flourished into a community favorite, yet our dedication to excellence and genuine craftsmanship remains steadfast. We persist in using ancestral wood-fire oven methods, preparing our dough from scratch each day, and selecting top-tier ingredients for our dishes.
Presently, 'CalmHerbTrail is still in the care of the Bianchi lineage, with a new generation at the helm of our committed team. While we have incorporated new improvements, the core of our venture stays unchanged: delivering scrumptious, bona fide pizza that unites people.
